Bigger and better than ever, the Mayfield village show returns on Saturday 9th of August with free entry to all.
The MRA, Mayfield Memorial Hall and Marna have all allocated funding to our traditional fete with horticulture and handicraft shows, live music, games, prizes and entertainment.
The show will be opened by author Alex Foulkes.
Activities for all age groups, from circus skills to football fun and crafty creations. Plus nearly 20 stalls, fully-stocked bar and street food.

Street Food Corner
There will be plenty to tickle the tastebuds, with a street food corner including delicious dishes from Sri Lanka, Greece and Britain, as well as sweet treats such as milkshakes, icecream, popcorn and candyfloss. Plus, the Mayfield Arms will be running their bar at the event.



Free entry to the dog, craft and horticultural shows
A fun dog show, craft show and horticulture show, sponsored by Graham and Jane Woodhouse, will offer friendly competition, creative displays and a chance for everyone to showcase their pets and talents. Download the schedule of classes and enter for free!

Circus Academy and live music
The Circus Academy will be bringing fun for all ages, sponsored by Ruby and Jason Stanley of Mayfield Snuggery. Live entertainment on the day will include music with a rockabilly twist from Unlucky Strike, followed later in the evening with live music in the nearby Mayfield Memorial Hall.

Licensed Bar
The bar is provided by the Mayfield Arms and will have lager, cider, beer, wines, spirits and non alcoholic beverages.
Meet the Animals
Children can also learn more about rural life and farming by meeting Shaun the Sheep’s real life counterparts, thanks to Mr Mark Rowlinson, plus hens and chicks.


Raffle
A bumper raffle features cash prizes donated by Mayfield Yarns, as well as many other prizes. To sponsor or donate a prize contact mayfieldshow@mramayfield.org.uk.
Book a stall
Over 20 stalls are so far confirmed, with all proceeds from the show to be invested in future events.
